Officiain’t privacy policy
Effective September 9, 2026.
Officiain’t does not collect or transmit your personal information to the developer. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
Names, favorite and recently used reasons, per-person reason tallies, active penalties, and your sound preference stay in the app’s storage. They may be included in device backups managed by Apple and your backup settings. The last card is remembered only while the app is running.
Sharing a card sends its image to the app or person you select. That destination handles the copy under its own policies. Opening a credit link uses your browser; the linked website has its own privacy policy.
Remove saved people from their edit screen and saved reasons with the trash button in the card composer. Clear Recently used from either reason editor. Reset a person’s tally from their edit screen; removing the person also removes their tally. End or overturn penalties in the app. Deleting Officiain’t from your device removes its local data; offloading the app keeps it. Manage existing backups separately in your Apple backup settings. Shared copies remain with their recipients.
Changes to the app’s data practices will be reflected in this policy.

If you email support, your email address and message are processed through Google Workspace to respond to your request. This is separate from the app’s on-device data. These pages use no analytics scripts or tracking cookies added by us; the hosting provider, GitHub Pages, may process technical request information to serve and secure the website.
